Expert Case Analysis

Every case begins the same way: a comprehensive, standards-based review of the evidence supplied by the State. Body camera footage, dash camera footage, police reports, and audio recordings are reviewed step by step and moment by moment. Testing procedures and the conclusions drawn from them are evaluated against the NHTSA standards and the science taught to law enforcement nationwide. From there, attorneys choose the level of analysis that fits the stage of the case.

Case Direction Review

— Clarity before strategy

Designed for the earliest phase of a DUI case, this service provides a full standards-based review of the evidence, followed by a 45-minute consult to walk through the findings. The focus is on identifying meaningful issues, separating signal from noise, and understanding where the evidence holds and where it doesn’t.

No written report. The value is clarity: knowing how to approach negotiations, motion practice, and client counseling with informed confidence.

For many attorneys, this becomes the first step in evaluating every DUI case.

Comprehensive Case Analysis & Report

— When your case is going to trial

The same in-depth review and consult, with the addition of a detailed written report. The report is cross-referenced to applicable NHTSA training standards and manuals and anchored to precise timestamps in the video and audio evidence.

It is designed to support motion practice, cross-examination preparation, and credibility challenges where compliance with standardized procedures is central.

Attorneys often begin with a Case Direction Review and upgrade to a full report only when the evidence supports deeper litigation. This avoids unnecessary expense while preserving the ability to escalate when it matters.

How this fits in practice:

Most DUI cases turn on accumulation, not spectacle. Small deviations, missed steps, and unsupported conclusions compound quickly. A disciplined review at the outset prevents blind spots and sharpens every decision that follows.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer Expert-Witness testimony?

We do provide expert-testimony on a case-by-case basis, when scheduling allows for it. To discuss need and availability, please contact us.

How can I schedule a consultation?

To schedule a consultation, please visit our contact page, fill out the form, or call our office directly.

How do I send you my client’s case info?

We utilize Dropbox. After agreeing to an engagement, we will provide you with a custom link to our Dropbox where you can upload the pertinent items. If your office uses a similar system, you can also add us to the file, and we can work from there.

What if I’m not sure I need the full report? Can I start with the Case Review and upgrade later?

Absolutely. This is actually the recommended path for most cases. If you decide during the initial readout call that you would like to go with the comprehensive report, you would simply be billed for the difference, and we would begin work immediately.

Do you offer a guarantee that I will win my case if I use your service?

No. And anyone who does is not being honest.
We provide objective, standards-based analysis of the evidence. Outcomes are determined by facts, law, and decision-makers. Our role is to bring clarity and rigor to the case, not to promise results that no professional can guarantee.
