Sentencing Smarter: Leveraging Tech to Reduce Recidivism is a program for those interested in learning about DUI law and the technology that helps your client be safely monitored to protect their license and the community. This program is appropriate for all skill levels. We explore several different alternatives to jail in detail, tie it to statistics and science, plus give some examples and useful practice tips.
Meet the Trainer – Kimberly Schreiber
Kimberly is a trained DUI SFST Instructor and an attorney licensed in multiple states. She has taught the full SFST live course multiple times across several jurisdictions, including Public Defender’s Offices. She has been in practice for over 25 years.
